We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Provide support in organizing and maintaining files and documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications
- Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
