Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our agents, managing client relationships, maintaining our database, handling calls, and fulfilling general office requirements across our two locations in Ontario and British Columbia.
Responsibilities:
Assist in agent growth initiatives, including recruiting and onboarding new agents.
Manage client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
Maintain and update client database with accurate information.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
Provide administrative support to the office team as needed.
Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and appointments.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a real estate, financial or mortgage brokerage setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Must be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
