Gilic Investment is an innovative real estate firm based in Vancouver. This diverse company is vertically integrated with in-house departments responsible for execution of the company’s activities including real estate investment, property development, as well as leasing, sales and marketing.
We are currently seeking a hard working and driven individuals to join our team, a unique and highly-coveted opportunity to work directly with the owner's rep.
The Office Assistantis responsible for all kind of support for the owner, internal teams and the company overall. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, responsible, efficient and detail-minded in multi-tasking, problem solving, and prioritizing tasks.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Support the owner's rep to ensure assigned tasks and deadlines are met;
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels to resolve administrative inquiries;
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, calls, emails, and faxes;
- Order, maintain, and replace office supplies, refreshments, and equipment;
- Maintain the tidiness of the boardrooms, meeting rooms, kitchen and common areas;
- Arrange bank deposit and other couriers for the office; and
- General clerical duties include: scanning, photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and retrieving documents, referencing materials, and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements (not limited to):
- Multi-tasking skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to deal with sensitive materials with a high degree of tact and discretion;
- Willing to be flexible and available for overtime as needed;
- Local driver license;
- Familiar of Greater Vancouver;
- To perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $35,000.00-$39,000.00 per year
