Professional real estate firm is seeking a data entry clerk to work in our Glenmore office. Job description: data entry, and office support to management and other staff.
Duties include, but are not limited to, phones, scheduling, file creation & setup, research, processing payments, scanning, filing, etc.
We are looking for someone who is adaptable, motivated to learn, very detail oriented, able to multi-task and a hands-on learner. We are working with multiple software programs and search engines, so great computer skills are a must. The workday can be hectic at times and slow at other times, therefore you will need to be able to work with minimal supervision.
Completion of recognized office administration/ secretary program at the diploma level or equivalent preferred. Starting rate will be commensurate with experience. This is a permanent part-time position, preferably mornings from 9 AM to 1 PM (negotiable) . No weekends or Stat Holidays.
