Job description

```Job Summary```
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is proficient in clerical duties, and has experience in a medical or dental office setting.

```Duties```
- Greet and assist visitors, patients, and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with billing
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide general administrative support to staff members

```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Online
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations
- Experience working in an office setting
