Company description
We are a small company that has an online retail store as well as a full service landscaping division. We have been servicing the lower mainland BC since 2019.
You will have your own office, and be working closely with the owner to take some of the workload, and man the office when he is in the field. We are looking for somebody that is career oriented and wants to grow with a small company into larger roles as the company expands.
This can potentially be a part time position, with the option to move to full time down the road. This can be discussed during the interview.
Must have:
- Great communication skills.
- Experienced in excel, word, and preferably some CRM's.
- Ability to create and follow systems.
Job description
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Provide general information to clients and the public
- Route map work to be done for the day in the most efficient manner for drivers
- Greet and process customers that come to pick up orders

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
