As we are a dynamic agency that is expanding quickly, we are in search of a driven individual to fill our entry-level Office Manager/ Production Assistant Position at our North Vancouver office in the new year.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual responsible for administrative and production-associated tasks as required in the summer. This position offers valuable hands-on experience and offers the opportunity to learn different aspects of event production, brand activation and experiential marketing from ideation to execution. The ideal candidate is positive, flexible and enjoys a challenge in a fast-paced and team-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an administrative background who has an interest in brand activation marketing and production.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Overseeing basic office duties such as office and supplies maintenance, shipping and handling, day-to-day errands support, pick-up and deliveries
- Taking and arranging meeting notes and messages
- Various Data entry, research and project support
- Compile and organize data and research into presentations on Canva
- Additional related duties as needed
Production Assistant Responsibilities:
- Completion of tasks as directed by Production Manager
- Execute pre-production tasks such as research and coordination, activation preparation, assisting crew, handling administrative duties
- Provide support before, during and after production from hands-on setup and tear down to administrative work and running errands
- Able to travel as needed to festival and activation sites nation wide
- Additional related duties as needed
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Must have strong proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Strong organization skills and time-management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Have a valid BC driving license and own a vehicle
