Office Assistant
- Complete general data entry (invoices, payments, orders) and document scanning.
- Set appointments and schedules for customer pickups and deliveries via document management software. (training will be provided)
- Communicate and support warehouse employees with schedules for customer pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors and other employees (via email, phone etc.)
- Assist with priority setting.
Experience with Quick Books or similiar, Outlook or similar, Excel and Word is required.
You must be able to get a clear Police Clearance (sensitive documents).
Experience with Customer Service preferred.
Bookkeeping and/or accounting experience is an asset.
