Engineered Alarm Solutions Inc. is a leading security systems integrator based in Etobicoke for over 15 years. We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant.
General Duties:
· Pick up and pack orders promptly and accurately for the service technicians by reading detailed work orders.
· Receive delivered orders and checking their accuracy.
· Pick up special orders from suppliers.
· Work closely with the operation team to oversee and maintain inventory, equipment, and materials.
· Handle incoming inquiries from both external and internal customers.
· Provide basic remote technical support to existing clients.
· Maintain an orderly and organized workplace according to the company policies, procedures & safety regulations.
· General trucks, office, and warehouse maintenance.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· 1 to 5 years of experience doing similar duties.
· Full G License with clear record is mandatory.
· Excellent verbal and writing (English) skills are mandatory.
· Strong organization skills to provide an efficient and reliable work.
· Desire to have a stable and professional job with a long-term plan to grow within the organization.
