Office Assistant

The Medfall Group, a St. Catharines-based healthcare management company, is seeking an Office Assistant.

The Medfall Group is a Healthcare Management Firm which his involved with Specialist Physician & Healthcare Leadership Search Services and Healthcare Consulting.

Duties:

• Basic research activities and direct emailing to candidates across Canada
• Work directly with the lead Search Consultant
• Be capable of working independently and assuming responsibility for keeping the lead Search Consultant up to date as to the status of email contact re. recruitment opportunities
• Preparing detailed, comprehensive summary material on candidates for meetings with clients
• Carry out a brief background search on candidates
• Photocopying and assembling material for meetings with clients

Skills & Qualifications:

• Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel (advanced knowledge an asset)
• Be capable of working independently and assuming responsibility for job activities
• Ability to compose detailed email messages for communication with candidates
• Ability to liaise with outside organizations in a professional manner

Rate:

• Starting rate$18 - $20 / hour
