Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Answer telephone calls and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Provide customer service support to clients and vendors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a related role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
