Office Assistant
Eagleson Construction is a sewer and watermain construction company located in Millbrook, ON. We have an opening for a full-time Office Assistant. In this role, you will take on all reception duties, accounts receivable, licensing and permits and other office duties as required. The ideal candidate should be organized, self-motivated and detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
-General Reception duties (Answering incoming calls, transferring lines, taking messages etc.…)
- Creating and collecting payment for invoices
-Expense Reports
-Filing
-MTO permits, IFTA and licensing requirements
Qualifications:
-Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience with Simply Accounting program is considered a strong asset
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Experience in the Construction Industry is considered an asset
