Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Type, proofread, and edit documents as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and computerized files
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Maintain office supplies inventory
Experience:
- Previous experience working in anoffice is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading documents
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
