We are currently seeking a dynamic person to fill the role of Temporary Office Clerk in our non-profit agency. The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year's experience in an office environment or have completed (or completing) a business diploma. Although we are willing to train you to be successful in this role, we would expect that you would come to us being fully versed in Microsoft Office, have excellent phone and email professionalism, work well under tight deadlines with multiple supervisors, be enthusiastic, energetic, and have a positive attitude with excellent attention to detail. The ability to take initiative, work independently and also as a member of a tightly knit team will be required on a daily basis. Job Requirements:
Ability to type at least 45 words per minute with proficiency.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
Must be able to work at a computer for a prolonged period of time.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
