Office Clerk

• Create Sales order and confirm the Sales Rate with sales manager
• Arrange Delivery with 3rd party or inhouse trucker and inform warehouse,
• Keep track of inventory with 2-3 3PL warehouses,
• Prepare Inventory report and Sales report to supervisor
• Perform some accounting duty
• Deal with customers directly if needed
• Other duties assigned by Employer
• Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
