Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English a must
Accounts receivable - billing and collections
Accounts payable allocation and data entry
Manage in-person and phone in customers
Lift 50lbs packaged product for customers
Manage cash and POS payments
Outside Sales Team support - includes phone inquiries and some sales
Assist with inventory management
Qualifications:
Knowledge of accounting and strong organization skills
Working knowledge of MS Office and SysPro an asset
Detail oriented, proactive and able to work in a changing environment
Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus
Other duties as assigned

Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
