RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will oversee client service and administrative support duties, including:
- Addressing client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person promptly and professionally
- Maintaining organized client files and a comprehensive client database
- Tax preparation assistance
- Managing account paperwork
- Handling client correspondence
- Web content management
- Ensuring thorough and timely follow-up and reconciliation of the above tasks
Experience:
- Proficient data entry skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365
- Preference for candidates with an administrative or financial services background
Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
