Job Overview:
As the Office Coordinator you will be the central point of contact for administrative tasks and office management. You will support various functions, including operations, finance, procurement, and general office coordination. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with President to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Support the procurement process by liaising with suppliers, managing orders, and maintaining inventory.
- Monitor project progress and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams
- Track project deliverables and ensure they meet deadlines and standards
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
- Assist in the weekly billing process
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education in office administration or a related field is an asset.
- Proven experience in office coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with the electrical industry is a plus but not required.
