360 Eyecare is seeking a motivated customer service-driven Office Manager to join our team. With a friendly and team-oriented environment, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace.

- Must have at least two year of experience in customer service and one year in a management role.
- Should have well-developed written and spoken communication skills.
- They have high attention to detail and is comfortable operating in both a sales-focused role and an administrative one, as the need arises.
- We are looking for someone with high energy and an eager-to-learn attitude and the ability to balance working as part of a larger team and working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative, scheduling management
- Booking appointments, returning emails, assisting patients, sales, invoice reconciliation, and performing pretesting for the optometrist.
- Follow-ups and customer service tasks.
The successful candidate will receive competitive compensation, comprehensive health and dental benefits (full-time position) and a monthly bonus package (full-time position).
Job Types: Full time
Salary: $27 to $35 per hour, plus bonus (depending on experience).
