Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 Salary
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily operations of the administrative team
- Responsible for general customer/facility inquiries and direct to other appropriate parties
- Receive, investigate, and effectively resolve customer complaints based on established policies and procedures with customer satisfaction focus and appropriate escalation
- Working cohesively with facility operations staff to meet client expectations and enhance our service offerings/value proposition
- General office administration including electronic and paper-based storage/filing
- Provide training, coaching and mentoring admin staff from all locations on Vancouver Island
- Schedules and coordinates office repair and maintenance with appropriate service companies
- Assists, when necessary, in the sourcing of supplies/ equipment/ furniture for the organization and the procurement of such supplies/ equipment/ furniture
- Coordinates with Health & Safety on workstation/chair adjustments and other requirements that may be recommended following ergonomic assessments
- Respond to external and internal customer inquiries and concerns. Ensures timely and quality service delivery and follows-up
- Assist the team with Reception relief
- Assist receptionist with outgoing mail delivery and manage internal mail equipment
- Assist with set up and maintenance of boardrooms as required
- Reviews and responds to requests ensuring satisfactory resolution where possible
- Be the champion of processes
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
- Minimum 5 years related work experience in an office admin/facility role
- University or College degree preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- General technical and maintenance knowledge
- Minimum 5 years customer service management
