```Duties```
Accounts Receivable: Collecting mail, processing/ posting customer payments and collections of accounts. Balance cash accounts, preparing and carry out bank deposits.
Accounts Payable: Match invoices to purchase orders. Post bills and expenses, vendor payment.
Full cycle accounting:
-Chart of Accounts knowledge an asset
-Bank reconciliations
-Posting and matching of daily transactions
-Keeping track of recurring bill payments from bank account
- Calculating bi-weekly payroll (Source deductions completed by off-site payroll processor) processing and maintain employee records
-Reconciling accounts
-Calculating and filing GST, PST, CORPORATION taxes, WCB and other compliance items
-Monitor cash flow, purchasing US funds
-Filing and other administrative duties as required
-Booking Certificates and Knowledge of Excel an asset
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Handle front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
```Experience```
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
