We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing administrative tasks, financial activities, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in accounting and payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Must Have Quickbooks Experience
- Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation
- Process payroll and ensure accuracy of employee records
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Utilize accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks) to maintain financial records
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
Skills:
- Proficient in payroll processing and employee record management
- Strong knowledge of account analysis and reconciliation
- Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks
- Ability to conduct bank reconciliations accurately
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
