***Duties***
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and supervise office staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain and update patient records using electronic medical records systems
- Coordinate scheduling and appointments, ensuring optimal patient flow
- Handle billing and insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Assist with human resources tasks such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage office supplies inventory, ordering as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
***Skills***
- Experience working in a hospital or dental office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in Tracker or other dental practice management software is a plus
- Knowledge of dental and medical terminology
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a fast-paced environment
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Experience with budgeting and financial management is desirable
