Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and filing documents
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with human resources tasks including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of basic human resources processes and payroll procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
