The Office Manager plays a crucial role as a collaborative partner with the senior management team, exerting significant influence on Clermont's overall success. This role requires a combination of organizational skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace. In this role you will have the opportunity to go beyond traditional boundaries, providing valuable input and leadership to shape business and operations.
Key responsibilities:
· Manage a broad spectrum of fiscal, administrative, and operational functions, including the establishment, implementation, and monitoring of departmental administrative processes, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
· Provide comprehensive assistance to all business staff in various aspects of departmental operations.
· Oversee day-to-day office operations, offering support to staff and executives on a wide array of administrative and fiscal matters.
· Coordinate the processing and maintenance of necessary paperwork supporting the business, encompassing financial and personnel records, purchases, reimbursements, travel expense reports, and website content.
· Providing hiring support and processing paperwork for new and hiring positions.
· Act as a liaison between partners, investors, Board members, clients, and suppliers.
· Conduct relevant research and implement technology systems that enhance departmental activities.
· Provide support to the executive team in finance, asset management, acquisition roles, and external reporting to the company’s Board and investors.
· Work closely with IT and other functional areas to streamline processes, ensure tighter integration, and enhance access to information.
Key Qualifications:
· Demonstrated success in expanding organizational infrastructure in rapidly growing businesses is highly sought after, especially in sectors such as real estate, asset management, or other models with recurring revenue streams.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
· Familiarity with basic financial principles.
· Thrives on challenges and is enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute to the long-term growth of a business.
· Candidates with proficiency in French will be given preference.
· Candidates with a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field will be given preference.
