Office Manager - (NurseNextDoor Frontenac Lanark & Seaway Valley homecare franchise)
(HYBRID Work-from-home & office role. Must reside in either of Cornwall, Brockville or Kingston regions.)

The Office Manager will report to the Franchise Owner and will focus on leading and developing the Nurse Next Door team. The Office Manager drives results through others by ensuring that the franchise meets and exceeds its growth and profitability targets.
What will you lead? Operations & Implimentations
- Implementing structure and new processes in order to drive efficiencies in both communication amongst the team and record keeping.
- Strong ability to achieve goals through direct and indirect influence and collaboration
- Responsible for driving top line revenue growth for the Franchise location
- Works closely with Franchise Partner to develop annual One Page Plan and identifies quarterly measurable drivers to meet/exceed revenue targets
- Develops an annual marketing plan by analyzing and evaluating current business conditions and identifies new business opportunities in the community
- Prepares regular reports, submissions and proposals for business opportunities
- Creates brand awareness/presence to promote the sales and marketing of programs with prospective and existing clients using the Make It Happen Sales process
- Actively develops and pursues referral sources, and facilitates ongoing relationships with various medical and health communities and tracks information
- Clearly identifies and makes public, services provided and the geographic area in which these services are available
Leadership & Development
● Coach team members on daily operations and objectives/goals
● Ability to provide feedback and get to the root cause of issues effectively
● Directly responsible for employee selection processes including recruitment, hiring and onboarding of staff
● Supervises, schedules and manages overall performance of staff with the help of Admin Assistant.
● Ensures staff development, in-service education, continuing education and evaluation
● Achieves/exceeds Employee Net Promoter Scores and investigates issues utilizing Listen 360 and follows up
Operational Management
● Develops, implements and maintains company policies and procedures and ensures the franchise is compliant with Nurse Next Door operating systems, standards and guidelines
● Informs the governing body, staff and professional advisory group of current organizational, community, and industry trends
● Manages the budget, and provides financial analysis as required
● Oversees client care management processes including intake to client conversions, case set-up, customer service, and converting inquiries to service provision
● Directs the implementation of service goals and objectives and develop standards that ensure safe and effective services to clients and families
● Achieves/exceeds Client Net Promoter Scores and investigates issues utilizing Listen 360 and follows up promptly
● Oversees organizational risk management program and ensures compliance with provincial & federal requirements in areas such as health, employment, occupational health & safety.
Qualifications
● Post secondary degree in business administration or healthcare administration. Excels in Shared Drives and documentation & calendar sharing options amongst team members.
● Minimum five years progressive management experience in operational and/or service delivery
● Previous experience in a sales & marketing capacity
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
● Superb organization, planning, time management and multitasking skills
● Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office, Accounting software products)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
