The Achieve Group (PharmAchieve, NurseAchieve, MD Achieve) is one of Canada’s largest group of medical education companies. We provide courses for licensing exams and continuing education for pharmacists, nurses and physicians.
Summary of the role:
In this role, you will report to the CEO And play a vital role in the smooth functioning of the company by managing correspondence, invoices, and social media as well as other administrative tasks, drawing on other people and resources in the company. We maintain a paperless office. Training is provided.
Duties:
- Answering customer inquiries through phone and email and chat
- Pre-entering payments for approval
- Scheduling clients
- Invoicing clients
- Submitting receipts
- Processing invoices
Skills / Experience:
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfort with technology and learning new software
- Being bi-lingual in English and French is an asset but is not required
