Duties
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the business, including monitoring expenses and preparing monthly financial reports
- Point of contact for CRA, WSIB, Payroll, and external accounting firm.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Point of contact for vendors supporting business activities telecommunications, and business Software
- CO-Manage office correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
