```Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. If you have a background in accounting and office management, we would love to hear from you!
In addition, you will be required to work assist customers in our retail paint, floring & window covering store. Every other Saturday will be required. A background in interior design is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Handle financial tasks such as bank reconciliation, account analysis, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Coordinate with external vendors and service provider
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent customer service & a great attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong analytical skills for account analysis and financial reporting
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Expected hours: 32 – 48 per week
Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Walkerton, ON N0G 2L2: Relocate before starting work (required)
