Operations Manager

```Duties:```
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company

Vernon and the Okanagan Area, Residential and Commercial job sites

- Scheduling Concrete Pump trucks and Drivers

- Pre-site visits

- Preparing workorders for billing/invoicing to Customer
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Manage and optimize resources to achieve operational goals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team

```Experience:```
- Pump Truck experience is a Must with Class 3 w/Air
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using productivity software and tools

Salary: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
