Position Summary:
You will support the PartSource operations team in functions such as communications, PartSource portal maintenance, newsletter creation, invoice management, asset tracking, Standard Operating Procedure documentation, and project assistance.
What you’ll do:
Communications: Monitor and respond to emails from the field generic email box, send stores bi-weekly communications (Talkin Source) from corporate office, and configure and upload bi-weekly communications to the Employee TV platform.
PartSource Portal (SharePoint; Communication tool): Organize, edit and update.
Newsletters: Collect photos, stories, team objectives, and reports to form the monthly newsletter, including a scoreboard.
Invoice Management: Review and submit invoices for 82 stores and corporate office. Review vendor summaries to ensure invoices are processed in a timey manner and follow up-with stores with any questions.
Asset Tracking: Manage vehicle fleet, including costs and changes.
SOP’s: Create and edit documentation from input of required stakeholders.
Projects: Monitor and track store pilots and initiatives planned and implemented by home office, as well as conduct research to help formulate decisions.

What you’ve done:
Currently enrolled in a University or College degree program, or you have graduated within the last 6 months
Good oral and written communications, technology savvy and organized
Time management
Ability to determine priorities
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), and SharePoint an asset
Project management/coordination an asset
