We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team!

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated experienced Inside salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, have excellent communication skills a strong sales mind set and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.​​

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell pipe, valves, fittings & MRO products services to new and existing customers
• Quote customer order requests
• Respond to inbound calls and follow up on leads and quotes
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Follow-up to keep customers aware of latest developments
• On call once very 3 weeks
• Order products, type and pull orders for customers

​Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Excel & Word
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must have minimum 5 years experience with pipe, valves, fittings & MRO products
• Professional in appearance and attitude
• Clean drivers abstract
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Learn new systems quickly
• Salary will be determined by experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,105.39-$78,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Inside sales: 5 years (required)
• sales: 1 year (preferred)
