Heidelberg Materials is looking for a qualified Order Taker/Dispatcher for the Regina operations. This position will focus on efficient and effective interaction and communication with our haulers and customers. This position will be responsible for taking orders from customers as well as relief for dispatch.

What youll get to do:
Receive customer orders and provide/schedule deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction and transportation efficiencies
Prioritize customers to provide superior service.
Assist in the scheduling of trucks as required to meet customer orders while maintaining an efficient operation.
Report any deviations from the norm that might impact production, quality or processing efficiencies
Assist with monitoring and control of the dispatch and movement of trucks and drivers.
Assist with operations as required
Who we are looking for:
Grade 12
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated customer service experience. Transportation dispatch experience is preferred.
Aggregates or Ready mix and/or construction building materials sector experience would be beneficial.
Knowledge of the Regina & surrounding areas
Proven safety record and the ability to work without direct supervision
Advanced communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong computer skills.
A strong team-orientated personality who gets along well with people.
