Outside & Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving our business forward by actively engaging with customers and promoting our industry-leading steel buildings. Your primary responsibility will be to sell our products and build strong relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and text.
• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication and follow-up.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets to drive company growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive speaking style.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and strong phone presence.

Compensation:

During the training period, you will receive a guaranteed $2000 for your first month. After the first month, this is a commission-only position with the potential to earn at least $75,000 - $150,000+ in your first year. Earnings are uncapped, offering substantial income potential for motivated individuals.
