We are looking for a customer-oriented, motivated individual to join our professional team as an Outside Sales Representative / Rental Representative at our Bracebridge, ON branch!

What You’ll Be Doing

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for prospecting new customers on jobsites and offices to drive rental revenues.
• Follow-up leads generated from various sources.
• Identify and target customers based on equipment availability.
• Analyze customer needs and requirements, and present customers with equipment rental solutions.
• Effectively manage and develop networking relationships.
• Complete required paperwork and processes in an accurate and timely manner

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the equipment rental industry or a closely related industry is preferred.
• Strong drive for results and customer focus.
• Strong prospecting and needs analysis skills.
• Solid team player and self-starter.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Available to work after working hours and on weekends.
• Valid Class G driver’s license with a driver’s abstract (no more than three demerit points).You will be required to provide a copy of your updated driver’s abstract upon request.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner.
