EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Professional Career in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years in Quality Control of Manufacturing Processes
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
- 80% bilingual.
- SPC
- Knowledge of ISO9000
- Control Plans and FMEA.
- Leadership.
- Geometric Tolerances.
- Computer skills at Microsoft.
- Problem solving techniques.
- Statistical techniques.
- PFMEA, DOE, QFD, PPAP.
- Good analytical skills.
- Knowledge about composition of materials.
MAIN TASK AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Provide leadership for Quality control and Non-Conforming Product
- Resolution of problems with suppliers and clients.
- Support the corrective action system (internal and external).
- Provide technical support to Mfg. Eng. and Mfg. In terms of product quality and its function within the design.
- Quality caliber requirement for processes.
- Provide leadership to engineers and quality control technicians.
- Works closely with engineering and manufacturing on capacity studies, gauge R&R, and DOE.
- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the department supervisor.
- Performs security-related activities.
- Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO 9001:2015.
- Complete planned training related to Quality and Training on time.
- Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
- Comply with safety rules determined according to your role.
