Employee Shall:
1. Hold the title . In this capacity, he shall be in charge of Employer’s daily activities of the Parts department for Top-Werk America, Inc.
2. Field customer phone calls and fulfill customer orders for spare and wear parts.
3. Actively engage with outside sales representatives and clients as needed to provide sales documentation and information such as spare parts quotes, and order acknowledgements.
4. Learn and use our proprietary, cloud-based program to assist clients in parts ordering (SMART Parts).
5. Package and arrange for shipment of spare and wear parts to customers.
6. Perform billing for parts shipments.
7. Purchase packaging supplies and manage inventory levels of such on an as-needed basis.
8. Organize warehouse and parts inventory.
9. Receive parts shipments and move parts into inventory.
10. Monitor inventory levels and check physical inventory against accounting inventory.
11. Place parts orders as required to maintain inventory levels.
12. Maintain and / or adjust parts inventory levels requirements based on demand and forecasts.
13. Ensure facility equipment is properly maintained and that facility is kept clean and organized.
14. Order new supplies in a timely manner.
15. Work with administrative personnel to create billing for parts shipments.
16. Interact with Employer’s employees, suppliers and customers.
17. Assist with annual budgeting process as it relates to spare and wear parts business.
18. Report to the Head of After Sales and receive guidance and instruction on matters of warehouse organization and safety from the Director of Operations.
19. Perform other work as requested by Employer on an as-needed basis.
20. Act in accordance with the Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Must have a proven track record of having a high degree of proficiency with ERP systems. Familiarity with SAP S4 Hana preferred.
2. Forklift operation and certification are a must.
3. Ability to manage inventory is a must.
4. Good time-management skills is a must.
5. Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills is a must.
6. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills is a must.
7. Computer skills including the Microsoft Suite of products is a must.
8. First-aid and CPR certification is a must.
9. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Job Conditions:
1. Must be able to lift at least 60lbs.
2. Job responsibilities often require walking in industrial settings. Industrial environments may include noise, fumes, dust and inclement weather.
3. Warehouse may not provide a climate-controlled environment.
Work Schedule:
1. Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm with 30-minutes for lunch and 2 x 15-minute breaks.
2. Some schedule variance is to be expected depending on needs of the customers and Employer. That may include occasional evening and weekend work. As an Exempt status employee, overtime will not be eligible.
