Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient and safe warehouse operations.

Duties:
- Oversee and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with purchasing department to maintain adequate stock levels
- Coordinate shipping and receiving to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including order picking, loading/unloading, order fulfillment, and distribution processes
• Must have Fork Lift Experience
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment
• Possess strong interpersonal communication and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and be flexible to take on varied responsibilities.
