Part Time Clinic Receptionist/Assistant

Multidisciplinary health care clinic looking for a Part Time office Receptionist/Assistant located in Mount Pearl. If you are an energetic person, interested in health and wellness this is the perfect position for you!

Skills and experience required:

- Reception/Administrative experience of at least 1 year

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Outgoing

- Comfortable working in a team environment

- Passionate about health and wellness

- Knowledge of Telus portal is a strong asset but not required

- Knowledge of Jane App or similar patient booking software is a strong asset but not required

Responsibilities:

- Greeting patients at the front desk

- Answering phone calls

- Booking patient visits

- Handling payments

- Educating patients on Chiropractic and Wellness

The schedule is Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 4-7pm.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 per week
