Rehab Clinic Receptionist

We are looking for a Rehab ClinicAdmin at ProActive Wellness Centre.

With locations across the country ProActive is a growing provider of wellness centric services.

ProActive uses a multi-disciplinary team approach to ensure that our clients and staff have the best experience possible. We are looking for energetic, team players who are forward thinking and work well in a team environment!

Job Duties:

• Welcome clients and visitors; answering or referring inquiries as needed.
• Answer phone calls.
• Maintain overall clinic flow for Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Chiropractors and other clinicians.
• Manage (booking/rescheduling) appointments
• Clinic laundry, general cleaning around clinic
• Direct billing insurance companies.
• Taking payments.
• Managing Accounts Receivable.
• Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
• Obtain revenue by recording and updating financial information; recording and collecting patient charges; filing, collecting, and expediting third-party claims
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes to supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 per hour
