Part Time Evenings Support Worker (E10)

RAPS is Seeking a Part Time Support worker to assist an individual with Downs Syndrome (E10)

Location: Southeast Edmonton (Royal Gardens)

Days: Thursday to Saturday

Hours: 4pm-11pm

Job Description: Duties include but are not limited to: prompting the daily routine, pm routine(bathing dressing toileting), medication administration, light housekeeping, supervision, and companionship.

Qualifications and Other Requirements :the successful candidate must have a recent criminal record check including a vulnerable sector check, be a non-smoker, and speak fluent English. Previous experience as a Community Support Worker is not required, but will be considered an asset. The Ideal candidate will have a good sense of humour and be familiar with PTSD, FASD, and Down Syndrome behaviours.

Rate of Pay: $20.00/ Hour
