We are looking for a motivated, energetic Part-time Office Assistant with a strong work ethic to join our team. We are specifically looking for someone who wants to be a key part of growing the company and contribute to improving our operations. The initial requirement will be 2 days per week (Monday and Tuesday), but could potentially change.
As part of a close-knit team of Administrative Staff, you will work closely with our Operations Manager, Dispatch, Sales and Marketing, and Senior Management in all aspects of your role.

Dispatch Assistance
- Act as backup for main dispatch staff
- Assist with the management of customers and accounts
Administrative Assistance
- Assist with day-to-day office and bookkeeping needs
- Assistance with Accounts Receivable tracking and outreach
- Filing and organizing company’s payables and receivables
Operations Assistance
- Assist with Human Resources duties
- Assist with scheduling of staff and resources
- Running occasional errands
- Filing and organizing paperwork
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting (or studying towards)
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping needs for medium-sized businesses
- Knowledge of G-Suite and other business software
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal staff of all levels, key clients, partners, and community stakeholders
- Valid Driver’s Licence
