Responsibilities Required:
- Answer all incoming phone calls and monitor all emails in a timely fashion directing to our team accordingly.
- Prepare offers and supplementary documents (waivers, amendments and other related forms)
- Prepare and track data on all our listings to provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Reach out to all agents who have shown our properties and get detailed feedback to provide to our clients.
- Establish and maintain good relations with clients
