Job Title: Part-Time Remote Support Administrator (Tech Support Lead Assistance)
Position Overview:
You'll play a vital role in supporting our Tech Support Lead by handling administrative tasks and providing assistance to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Tech Support Lead with managing support ticket queues and prioritizing tasks.
- Document support interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes.
Requirements:
- You are at least 18 years old and care about your work
- Skilled/experienced with Excel/ Google spreadsheets
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and help desk software is a plus.
