Plummer Marine is looking for Parts Advisors to join our team in Pembroke, ON.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to customers regarding Parts and repair options
- Answer phone calls, provide information to customers, and assist customers with parts orders.
- Process incoming parts orders and coordinate to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Order parts as needed, coordinate with technicians, and communicate with customers to ensure timely ordering of parts.
- Other duties as assigned by managers or supervisors.
Required Skills:
·Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
·Detail oriented.
·Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
·Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods of time, bend over, kneel, twist ankles, reach overhead, push pull pull forward as well as other tasks may be required.
·Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Parts Counter: 1 year (preferred)
