```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
· Targeted with growing sales and achieving/exceeding targets through Product & Service sales.
· Develop & maintain, up-to-date technical knowledge of weighing & measuring industries.
· Successful candidate should demonstrate a willingness to travel within assigned territory and meet with clients and be very comfortable in a technical environment.
· Build & nurture customer relations.
· Follow company procedures for quotation recording & sales order proceesing.
· Follow up on sales leads, secure new accounts, maintain & grow exisiting accounts.
· Remains alert and responsive to changing customer needs.
· Respond to customer requests in timely & professional manner, on all matters.
· Ensure high-quality customer service levels.
· Ability to learn and demonstrate equipment functions & operations and to discuss benefits of ISI products & services.
· Additional tasks as assigned by Top Management.
Skills & Experience:
· Post-Secondary education an asset
· Previous technical sales would be an asset
· Previous experience with CRM Systems would be an asset
· Ability to work in a dynamic environment
· Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Excellent sales/negotiation skills with strong time management and organizational skills.
· Candidate must be self-motivated and able to manage projects and responsibilities.
· Candidate must be comfortable at utilizing Microsoft based computer software programs.
· Ability to understand key financial and total cost of ownership concepts with all levels of the organization
· Ability to investigate & uncover customer objections/concerns, and remedy with appropriate solutions.
· Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
