Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Provide product recommendations and upsell additional items to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and goals
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- At least 2 years automotive expeirence required
- Knowledge of automotive repair or dealership industry is a plus
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus
