Parts Time Accounting Student-Receptionist

Surgenor Gatineau Chevrolet Cadillac is currently seeking to hire a Parts Time Accounting Student-Receptionist to work at our following dealership on Saturdays.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Greet visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Provide visitors with an exceptional customer experience by greeting each customer personally and guiding them to the right person within the dealership.
• Ensure visitors are comfortable and are attended to.
• Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying and scanning documents.
• Other duties required.

What we are Looking for

• Completion of High School
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and maturity
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Above average computer skills
• Multi line phone experience is considered an asset
• Dealership experience is not required, but considered an asset
• Must be bilingual
