Permanent Part Time Office Administrator

We are a busy multi disciplinary physiotherapy clinic seeking a Permanent Part time office assistant to join our team

Responsibilities for this role include regular administrative and reception duties including answering phones, greeting and registering patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, patient and 3rd party billing, and assisting in the smooth operation of our clinic.

The successful candidate will:

-demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication -be proficient in various types of computer software and be a quick learner for new programs -possess strong attention to detail and time management skills

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $18-21 per hour

Salary: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kelowna, BC V1Y 4R9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Front desk or administrative: 1 year (preferred)
