- Drive continuous improvement projects for CapEx and OpEx reduction.

- Improve manufacturing processes to meet key performance indicators.
- Ensure financial and personnel budgets compliance within legal guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field.
- 10+ years in battery cell mass production.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience with multi-national teams.
- In-depth knowledge of battery cell production processes and equipment design.
- Experience in managing major capital budgets (>100M$) with high cost awareness.
- Proficient in problem-solving methodologies (6D, PDCA, 4M1E).
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (30-40%).
- Advanced degree (master/doctoral) in relevant engineering field.
- Prior experience in statistical analysis for battery cell production.
- Experience in international logistics and container shipment.
- Significant experience in change management.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
